All real estate photos & media include a single-use license for the length of the real estate listing until it has either sold, expired or has been inactive for more than 12 months. Material may not be reproduced, transferred, resold or exchanged without written consent from SpinVision®.

Real estate orders will be delivered within two business days unless ordered accordingly. Payment is due no later than delivery and is required for full-activation. There will be a $35 Late Cancellation Fee for real estate appointments within 24 hours of the appointment. If your project requires dynamic, fluid, flexible scheduling needs, it must be agreed to at the time of the order.

If there is any precipitation in the air, we leave it up to your discretion to reschedule as soon as possible. All SpinVision customers acknowledge that SpinVision associates have agreed to legally binding non-compete & non-discloser agreements and are required to disclose 3rd party solicitations for service to their supervisor. SpinVision customers agree not to solicit past or existing SpinVision associates for any SpinVision related forms of service for no less than two years after their last order.

Any client-cancelled or delayed projects requiring special orders, prepaid travel and/or any additional prepaid expenditures, including financial or processing fees, may require client-reimbursement.

If a client were dissatisfied, we take that very seriously.  Our quality of service & client satisfaction is paramount to us! We work with each of our clients and collaborate on custom solutions until the desired outcome has been reached. Refunds will be in the form of credit unless agreed to in writing.
